In most consultations that we have, when we get to the point where we ask about a signed updated will the responses will be:

This is really a very cost-effective way to ensure that your loved ones and business partners do not struggle to finalize the estate in the event of something happening. Our charges to initially set up a will are $ 85.00 + GST per person and not more than $170 + GST per family and for any changes thereafter $45 +GST per person.  If there is one thing that I can recommend that you need to do, get your will in drafted by us.  You can appoint and Executor, make sure your have appointed guardians if for underaged children. If you don’t have a will, your assets/estate will be distributed in accordance with a set formula under the Administrations Act.  Therefore what you intend may be not what the Act says, and people you would like to have left something may find themselves excluded.
