  • From third parties such as insurers, product providers, credit reporting agencies, referrers, and our Financial Advice Provider (FAP). This may include health information (for insurance), identity details, financial information, and credit information.

Purpose of Collection

Providing financial advice and recommendations, arranging and managing financial products, and meeting our legal and regulatory obligations.

  • Insurers: AIA, Chubb, Fidelity Life, NIB, Asteron, Partners Life
  • KiwiSaver providers: NZ Funds, Milford; Booster
  • Mortgage providers: ASB, Westpac, BNZ, SBS, Liberty, Pepper, ANZ
  • Financial Advice Provider: Kingdom Financial Services Ltd
  • Compliance, audit, and IT providers.
  • General Insurance Provider: Tower; Howden
  • ACC providers

Collection from Third Parties

Where we collect personal information from third parties, we will take reasonable steps to ensure you are aware of the source, type of information collected, purpose of collection, intended recipients, and your rights of access and correction. We will obtain your acknowledgement and consent where required.

Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 and Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act 2009.

You have the right to request access to and correction of your personal information under the Privacy Act 2020.

Third-Party Providers & Security

We use Fireflies to process recordings and generate notes. They are contractually bound to protect your information. Records, including recordings and transcripts, are retained for at least 7 years and securely protected. All data is processed and stored in secure US- based cloud infrastructure
